The luminaires are controlled via 220 volt wires at a distance of up to 10 km. without repeaters and signal amplifiers. smartAC is a technology that allows you to control luminaires and lamps via the power supply line, using city power networks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">smartAC is a street lighting control system. Each controlled luminaire is equipped with a network command decoder and an LED driver with the ability to dim. The decoder receives control signals coming via the power line and controls the dimming channel of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lrc.com.ua\/en\/produce-category\/led-drivers\/\">LED driver<\/a>. The current feeds the LED module, you can adjust the luminous flux of the luminaire. The system involves connecting luminaires to lighting control cabinets, which contain line control units. These units modulate control signals that are sent to each luminaire decoder connected to the line.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Lighting control cabinets and units.<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lighting control cabinet (LCC) consists of three main components: line switch units (LSU), surge arresters at power inputs and outputs (lightning protection), input and output circuit breakers on each phase, and terminal blocks.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LCU or lighting control unit receives commands from the control panel and processes them using a microcomputer. The switch-modulator simultaneously transmits power to the line and coded control signals of the system using PLC (Power Line Communication) technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Up to three lines of luminaires are powered from the SHUO according to the number of phases. The capabilities of our system, which are not limited to controlling street lamps and lanterns, can control the lighting of an enterprise, farm, chicken coop, cowshed, greenhouse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Software for lighting management systems.<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Light Route Company offers software for controlling luminaires in real time. The platform for smartAC is a WEB server with support for PHP and mysql databases. The operator receives authorized access via the Internet via a browser with the ability to use the existing functionality of the lighting control system. Our specialists can offer various tools and capabilities for controlling luminaires, and as practice shows, each task is individual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The basic software provides for the presence of an automatic mode of urban lighting control. In this mode, the brightness of the luminaires is determined by the astronomical schedule table, which is agreed upon at the stage of system implementation. Additionally, software and hardware tracking of sunrise-sunset and setting a negative\/positive time delay parameter are possible. The astronomical schedule diagram is a graphical representation of the table and shows the brightness level of the luminaire depending on the time of day for the current date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It often happens that a client requests access to the BCL (line control unit) registers via the Modbus protocol, which is a standard and supported by almost all manufacturers of industrial equipment. The smartAC equipment supports Modbus protocol data exchange for RS-232, RS-485, TCP interfaces. Thanks to this, our clients get the opportunity to create their own higher-level software, for example, SCADA.
