The production of street lamps requires modern equipment and equipment for metal processing, in particular, these are laser cutting and metal welding machines, lathes, milling and sheet bending machines etc.

First of all, you need to look at the quality of the components they are made of: driver or power supply; LED module and lens; cables and connectors; radiator and mounts etc.
Power supply units for modular lighting poles must be reliable and designed for use in street lights. Unreliable power supplies that cannot withstand voltage surges, and even more so cannot withstand the supply of 380 V, AC at the input, which often happens in street power networks, cannot be used in modular lighting poles. If the driver or power supply unit is not sealed, then moisture may get on the elements of the printed circuit board and as a result the power supply unit will fail. LED power supplies LRC-40 and LRC-60 series are capable of withstanding 400 V AC voltage for a long time and have an IP66 degree of protection.
LED modules must be fixed with heat-conducting glue first on the aluminum radiator and only then mounted in the pole, otherwise heat dissipation will not be ensured and the LEDs will fail due to overheating. The LEDs on the boards must be highly efficient and reliable, preferably from a world-leading manufacturer such as Samsung, Seoul or OSRAM. The lenses used to obtain the appropriate luminous intensity curve of the lamp must hermetically close the printed circuit board with the LEDs. The lens material polycarbonate (PC) is the best because it has the highest resistance to the destructive effects of ultraviolet radiation among all transparent polymers.
Lighting supports should be functional and reliable, and maintenance during operation should not waste money on replacement and elimination work, repairs of malfunctions that are not provided for by the regulations. The warranty on the lighting resistance should be at least five years.
