LED module LRM-514-R0 for floodlights and street lamps

The LRM-514-R0 led module is designed for use in industrial spotlights, street lights, modular supports and other types of luminaires. Eight LEDs on an aluminum board are located around the perimeter of the PCB. The LED board circuit provides three connection options: 0P8S; 2P4S; 4P2S. Depending on the available led driver, you can use the appropriate option for connecting 5050 type LEDs.

For use in a set with the module, lenses from the manufacturer Darkoo Optics are offered:

  • DK-90×90-60-TP-8H1 – for industrial led lamps;
  • DK-90×90-90-TP-8H1 – for led floodlights;
  • DK-90×90-150*75-TPII-S-8H1 – for street lights.

Darkoo lenses are supplied with a silicone gasket DK-90×90-150-FSQ-4H1 for sealing the LED module in the lamp.
The LRM-514-R0 is often used as a LED module for a spotlight. Due to its compact size of 90 mm, it is convenient to place it on a standard aluminum radiator or plate. A large selection of LED lenses for the LED module allows you to design lamps and spotlights for various purposes. But mostly this module is used in the production of street lamps, industrial lamps and modular lighting poles.
The manufacturer of LED modules LRC, Light Route, mounts only branded OSRAM, SAMSUNG or CREE type 5050 LEDs on the boards, which provides a light output of up to 180 Lm/W. SMD connectors can also be mounted on the board for assembling lamps without soldering irons. The customer chooses the LED module switching circuit depending on the voltage of the LEDs used. The 0P8S circuit and LEDs with a voltage drop of 6V are mainly chosen, then the LED module voltage is 48V and when used with the popular LRC-40-600 driver, the module power will be 30W. However, for such power, you need to use an appropriate radiator to dissipate heat and prevent the LEDs on the module from failing.
