Alight24 is a luminaire with a built-in uninterruptible power supply and a LiFePO4 battery.

Alight24 lamp is to provide continuous lighting in the room where it is used, actually it is a luminaire with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The smart built-in controller manages the process of fast LiFePO4 battery charging, even when the luminaire is turned off the battery is charging. The controller allows to program different durations of autonomous operation, preinstalled mode it is 4 hours on 80% and half an hour on 25% of nominal wattage. You can turned off by switch lamp even no power supplying from the mains.

Alight24 lamp wattage is 12.5 W, it is equipped with a built-in LiFePO4 battery and a UPS controller, which provides three operating modes:

1. the luminaire is turned on from the mains and the battery is charging;
2. the luminaire is turned on and powered by the battery;
3. the luminaire is turned off, the battery is charging from the mains.

First mode. The luminaire is powered and the battery is charged from the 220 V AC mains. The battery is fully charged in 2 hours. The light is turned on or off with a switch.

Second mode. There is no power from the 220 V mains, the lamp operates on battery power for 4 hours, consuming 80% of the nominal power, and an additional 30 minutes at 25%. Thus, the total operating time of the lamp on battery power is 4.5 hours, at two brightness levels. The lamp is equipped with a microprocessor-based control controller and the operating mode can be programmed according to the Customer’s requirements.

In the lamp’s battery mode, the indicator LED turns on, which in turn has three states:

1. constantly lit – the lamp is powered by the battery;
2. periodically flashing – the battery is discharged, there is no light but the switch is in the on position of the lamp;
3. not lit – the lamp is turned off by the switch.

Third mode. The light is turned off by the switch, and if there is current from the mains, the lamp battery is charged. When the lamp is turned on, it is powered by the mains, if there is no current in the mains, the lamp is powered by the battery.

Under certain conditions, the lamp’s battery may be completely discharged, then when the switch is in the on position, the indicator LED does not blink, in this case you should wait for the supply of current from the mains to initialize the battery BMS board.
