The LED module 389-R0 is a reliable element for signal lighting devices, the LED module has a powerful harness that ensures stable operation.
Elements D2, DZ1 and R1 represent an electronic shunt that provides a bypass current in case the LEDs go into an open circuit (break). LEDs, by their very nature, are rather fragile elements that often fail when exposed to voltage surges.
Also, there are many cases when it is necessary to maintain high reliability of LED lighting, for such lighting devices as in headlights, lighthouses, bridges, airplanes, runways, and so on.
In these cases, the low cost of installing a shunt device will ensure full confidence that the entire chain of LEDs will not go out if one LED fails.
The shunting device is also applicable to other loads where chain continuity is required. The devices are intended for use with currents of LED circuits from 50 to 350 mA. The slots on the board allow you to solder Cree XTE / XPE / XPG series LEDs, which allows you to use all colors of LEDs: blue, royal blue; green; amber; red; white (2700..6500 K).
To start the LED module, you can use the driver LRC-LDD-350L with a current of 350 mA.
